Know Your Legacy is on a Solid Foundation

Your wills and trust documents are a vital part of protecting and planning your estate.  However, these documents don’t always cover every aspect of designing your legacy.

• Where are my important documents located?
• Are the beneficiary designations on my retirement plans working with my will/trust or against it?
• How can I ensure that family members receive cherished family heirlooms?
• What do I want my family to learn from my experiences?

Often, thinking through these issues ahead of time can take the burden off your family and keep you confident that your legacy is secure.

In this vein, we would like to invite you to participate in our Legacy Planning Discussion Group on February 7, 2013.

• Do you have concerns that your family may not be fully aware of your wishes?
• Have you had first-hand experience in dealing with a family member’s estate?
• Have you already thought through this process and have advice for those that are just starting out?

Included in the discussion will be PERSONALCFOs from PARTNERSINWEALTH along with Karen Gerstner (, an estate-planning attorney who adds to the discussion with her 31 years of experience as an estate planning and probate attorney.

If you would like to join us for the discussion, please email Sabina at
